Not much exercise over the last two weeks. My broken rib took more out of me than I expected. I'm been feeling exceptionally tired in the early evenings; sometimes going to bed before my wife and daughter, which is unheard of normally.

I have been eating healthily. I've been one hundred and two or three kg for a year and a half now. I really want to see that scale drop to double digits and show a 99 or 98.
224.9 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
