I don't know why I've only lost a pound in a week. I was ravenously hungry on Wednesday and ended up eating fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy at a local restaurant. I paid for it the next day by vomiting half the day. Then, my blood sugar was way down so I did a bit more pigging out, this time with a cinnamon bun my kids had around.

I think I'm back on track today. I just ate lunch, and so far so good.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
