I know I have lost my first few pounds pretty quickly. It is likely only because I quit drinking alcohol as well! 80 oz of water is my friend now too!!! So glad I'm finally making some changes!!!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
