needless to day, I BINGED on thursday.. ate like 5 chocolate bars and friez

I'm back on track now. I have 8 days to lose as much weight as I can without any drastic measures.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
