Que vergonha! Perde peso é uma luta, ganhar é muito simples, 3 meses de descuido e lá estou eu de novo fora do peso, já comecei novamente, hoje foi dia de treino e vamos coloca meta, sem ponto de chegada não temos o que atingir!!!
