I'm with a new nutritionist. started on Monday, feb 22nd with a weight of 85.6 and today I'm 82.4

I'm eating 3 meals aday and 2 snacks. been working out abit, and I really mean a bit but its an increase... which is positive :)


but, I get hungry alot at night since I'm an insomniac. but he's flexible and I can now eat a small snack if its one of those sleepless nights.


I realized that, food is delicious and good but not as good as a size 8 dress ;)
181.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
