Today is another good day. Felt full and satisfied w/food choices. I am focusing on keeping my veggie count to 12-15 carbs and on drinking all 64 oz. of water each day. I have lost 15 lbs. since 2/8/2010 and weigh 240 today. I am proud of myself for sticking to the program even though I have made a few mistakes. I had strawberries (11) once and ate almonds (2 carbs worth) several days but I am going to clean up those errors in the future.
My husband is also doing Adkins and has lost 12 lbs. It is much easier to do the plan with both of us on it. Our daughter is a vegetarian and is still eating a lots of carbs but is not eating much sugar.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
