I'd be lying if I said I didn't know where the extra pounds came from. For a couple months, I wouldn't say that I let myself go, but I definitely had a change in habits and shifted most of my focus onto my family and schoolwork. If there was no time to exercise then so be it. If it was more convenient to buy fast food, I'd do it. I say that with no regrets though because the last few months have been really enjoyable. A lot of changes are happening within our home and I just feel like now is the time to really focus on eating better and keeping my kids and husband active.
109.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
