Stuck to the diet and exercise plans, with exception of heavy snacking on Sunday. Played 4 rounds of golf during unseasonably warm weather. Started walking outdoors. A little surprised, I didn't lose weight this week, but consolidated the 7 lbs lost during the 1st week.
