Happy New Year everybody!!!
I am back at work and back to my diet as of today. Doing my 1st 24 hour fast today.
Unfortunately my festive was very unfestive. I lost my mom on the 23rd of December in UK, and we buried her two weeks back, at home in East London. So its a sad start to the year but I'm dedicating me being healthy and lighter to her.
Here's to a healthy and thinner 2017!
