Yeah! 25 lbs.down (since Dec. 31)! 75 lbs to go. I was really good this past week. I had to be since I am getting together with friends at the Capital Grille tonight for steaks and cocktails. For me, tonight, I plan on a small filet mignon or fish, and no more than two drinks. No breakfast and a 250-300 calorie lunch today to limit the damage tonight.
And then there is the Super Bowl party this weekend, where I am promising myself to stick to diet Coke and veggies (hopefully!) Oh well, next week's weigh-in will tell if tonight and Sunday were worse than I plan.
