my absolute lowest yet has been 206 (even have a pic to prove it), then started to creep back up....hit 220 again and now coming back down.
everytime I go up, I physically feel crappy, kinda globby and sluggish.

I know how you feel Jerrymiller, since my 20 pound weight gain while I have been off work with shoulder issues, it seems every joint aches, especially my knees. My short body isn't use to being this heavy. I have found that since I have dropped 7 pounds and have cut out all bread and sugars that I have been less achey
