No further weight loss! Katie, on the other hand, has lost 9 lbs in 3 days!!!! She says she feels fantastic. She's doing the C9 plan from her Forever company ... an aloe Vera gel shake & argi powder for breakfast, another shake for lunch and then a 400 calorie meal for supper apparently. Not sure how many days she has to do it for. I've told her 9 lbs in 3 days is way too fast but she won't listen! Much as I really need to loose a lot of weight there is no way I'm doing that ... besides which I cannot stand the taste of Aloe Vera!
269.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 125.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
