No change in weight this month - neither up nor down. I have to admit that this month I haven't really been trying. I haven't kept up the exercise and I haven't stuck to any diet. Time to get back on top of things. Let's set a target - down 10kg by Christmas.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
