I've been feeling pretty good about my activity levels and the foods I've been eating, so I thought I'd jump on the scale and see if my body was in track with my mind for once.

Lo and behold, the fates (or something) are starting to fall in line for me, because I'm below 160lbs again!

There might be a bit of danger tomorrow. Ian and I are having my sister and her boyfriend over for a games night. But it might turn out alright too. My sister is trying to lose a few pounds too, so we decided to just have a few healthy snacks instead the usual junk. (Even though both Abby and I are obsessed with cheezies and agree that they are the best junk food even created!) We're going to make some bruschetta, and have fruit, veggies and cheese. And maybe a few glasses of red wine...
158.3 lb Lost so far: 69.7 lb.    Still to go: 28.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
