in the end glad I only lost 100g as thought I would have put on as 1st week over carb macro. must keep below 20 total carb this week. will try and enter before eating.
152.6 lb Lost so far: 42.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
