Gained alot of weight during the holidays. Went up to 267 lbs. I did the no carb Diet for 2 weeks, but had the same problems with my stomach as before. Decided to cut it short before it got any worse. I got down to 250, but bounced back to 258 in less than 2 days. Trying to reduce portions. Having oatmeal in the morning with Coffee. Sugar seems to help with my motility. Trying to keep it only in my coffee and oatmeal.
Hope things start to straighten themselves out again. Feel bloated and irritated. Have energy again though.
