WHOOP! I officially have a 1.2 pound loss this week. Only shows down .2 from my posted weigh in Tuesday, but my official weigh in is down 1.2. I am heading down the right path. I think I could have done better if I had been able to do the full workouts this week. With the respiratory congestion last week, if I got too worked up, would have a coughing fit, so only did most of the BL Last Chance at half strength. Last night did 2 miles on the treadmill. Today, plan to give the Last Chance a try and hope can get back to full capacity.

Eating has been good. I am reading up on the Belly Fat Cure program and trying to limit my sugar intake and focus on good carbs. Just started on Saturday, so no real results from it yet. Not following a formal plan, but it is very interesting the amount of sugar in products. As one person mentioned in the book, most of her "low-fat" eating was full of sugar. She realized she was eating upwards of 150-200 grams and a lot came from her lean cuisines and such. I look back on my food journal and notice I too have lot of sugars. This diet even talks about even the sugars found in fruit. I do not plan to cut fruit out forever by no mean, but two c-sections later, my mid-section is a problem area which I didn't have back pre-babies. I think too maybe changing up my eating habits will jump start my body again.
