Ok that's enough ! Haven't been tracking for 3 months or so now and have put back 7 kg of lard. From today I will resume my diet and exercise program again.
201.3 lb Lost so far: 16.1 lb.    Still to go: 27.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
