i know today isn't an official weigh in but had to record the loss!! I knew yesterday was an off weigh-in. this means I am down 1 pound from last week.
Monday Week 2 went well last night. I couldn't give 100% due to still not shaking this head cold. If I did too much lost my breath due to coughing. The Musinex has broke everything up now drainage.
Will give Tuesday a try after work. It is less cardio so should be a bit easier.
