First week of my June crackdown and up .4lb... Guess I have to work a little harder. Did well with the exercise but ate a little more than I should have on the weekend. I can do better and I will! Have a great week FS buddies!
195.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
