So irritated. I'm self sabotaging! 8.5 weeks till photo shoot! Must Lose 10 lbs!
The 4 forbidden foods-8weeks
1) chips
2) cookies
3) crackers
4) cheese

Not starting tomorrow! Starting right now!
116.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week
