I am now officially a non-smoker, three weeks strong. Ive gained 3kgs, which is not too bad considering I quit smoking and went on a week long holiday. Now the real work starts.
273.4 lb Lost so far: 46.3 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
