The weekend that was... Birthday celebrations tend to mess with your progress, but there was loss no less!!
276.0 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 77.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

947 kcal Fat: 25.13g | Prot: 63.22g | Carb: 113.82g.   Breakfast: Checkers Swiss Style Muesli, Lowfat Plain Yoghurt. Lunch: Ryvita Original Crispbread, Woolworths Butternut Soup. Dinner: Roasted Vegetables, Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Water, Bananas, NoMu Skinny Hot Chocolate, Coffee with Milk, Lipton Rooibos Tea. more...
