Man, the scales are just not cooperating. It seems I am stuck in a rut. I am continuing with the 5:15 Bootcamps another month. I have been focusing on my food intake as well. Hoping my metabolism kicks in soon. I am trying to not let the scales frustrate me, but it's getting very hard!

First google "why the scales lie" for some insight in to water weight gain in muscles from working out. If you aren't, you should take your measurements. Many times when the scale aren't moving, you are losing fat (as long as your on plan). You can actually go down in sizes and not see the scale move from exercise. Make sure your writing every bite, lick and taste. They add up. Make sure your getting enough liquids to flush out sodium. Also make sure your getting enough lean protein and high fiber foods. They help us lose the best. Keep going, your doing great.

Thanks Suzi. I have started this month writing down, even the bad bites. So far nothing is jumping out to me. I am losing inches and clothes are fitting. I am going to start putting a 2 liter of water in work fridge to make sure I am drinking enough. I am drinking several cups a day, but not sure exactly how many. In 2009, the weight just shed off consistently, this time around, not so lucky. It now proves to me the older I am getting, the harder it will be to get it off, therefore when I achieve my goal this time, I WILL HAVE TO WORK EXTRA HARD TO MAINTAIN IT!!!
