Weight slowly coming off. Since starting Bootcamp I have lost about 3 pounds, 1/2 inch off waist, 1/2 inch off hips, nothing on thigh or arms, but that's ok. I signed up for another month. Until I start seeing more noticable results, I think I still need the accountability group. Maybe this month will be my month. Seem to have a fairly good routine Mon-Thursday going, just need to add in something even if just walking a mile on Friday-Sunday. Also, focusing more on my eating this month. Others in our group have lost a lot of weight this first month, dropped 4-6 inches all over, but they are also doing weight watchers or other diet programs. I just really focused on working out this month and obviously that isn't going to be enough for me to shed the pounds.
184.8 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear you on the frustration but I am so proud of you for sticking with the boot camp- that has got to feel good!!! Choose something-even short term diet wise to shake things up- I just know you'll see the weight fall off!!

Thanks. I am noticing the changes in clothes fitting, so not letting scales get me down. This week my goal it so log in foods. I am sure there are things I am eating that I know I shouldn't so putting them on paper will help. I broke down and got a junior burger kids meal at whataburger, threw fries away, told them to not even put them, but they did anyway. Taking the chocolate chip cookie that comes with it to the boys (230 calories) on top of the 300 calorie burger. I am going to focus on a good quick and easy breakfast and lunch and then at dinner eat lighter. Put the majority of calories in morning meals so not so heavy eating before bed

Congrats on getting back on track!! Wonderful accomplishment to get through a whole month of boot camp!! Proud that you are going back for more. I agree ... as you begin to pay closer attention to what your body "needs" instead of what your mind "wants" I know you are going to see bigger shifts on the scale. In the mean time ... clothes fitting better??? Way cool!!!
