Well there's the damage form the holiday season. Christmas followed by Chinese New Year and much less activity over the winter months, so up up 5.6 kg (12lb) in the last 3 months. Time to knock it back down.
232.8 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
