Bikram Yoga = HUGE success.... I will be back tonight!
141.7 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1427 kcal Fat: 42.14g | Prot: 62.40g | Carb: 211.58g.   Breakfast: total cereal, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: Arnold Whole Wheat Sandwich Roll, Manwich, Ground beef. Dinner: Edamame, Soy sauce, Potstickers. Snacks/Other: York Peppermint, peanut butter crackers, Kashi TLC Chewy Granola bars - Trail Mix. more...
