Well I got the flu which made me cheat on diet a little. I was eating toast and soup but what could i do couldn't keep much down since then i have kept the weight off though. I am actually thinking of switching over to weight watchers to see how that works for me maybe in the next few days we will see. im not sure though im doing very well on this diet-it's just im getting sick of the same thing day in and day out- im a very picky eater and want to have a slice of pizza or something tasty like that. i don't know what to do cuz im doing so great on this diet and would love to stick with it it just neds to liven up a bit. any suggestions.

There is a lot of variety on SBD. If you have already gotten to Phase 2 after doing a solid Phase 1 there are just so many foods you can eat. Sliding in a slice of pizza in once in a while is not going to ruin things, especially if on that day you keep your overall calories within reason. You are doing a great job, let your imagination take over and go through one of the books for ideas of the many different combinations of foods you can eat. In the end, all SBD asks of you is to lean towards healthy foods; the rest, in time, will take care of itself. Good luck!
