1463 kcal Fat: 64.13g | Prot: 85.49g | Carb: 135.55g.   Breakfast: Bacon, Poached Egg, Mean Green Juice, Sugar in the Raw Natural Cane Turbinado Sugar, Starbucks Caffe Americano (Venti), 2% Fat Milk. Lunch: 2% Fat Milk, Coffee, Tapatio Hot Sauce, Flour Tortilla, American Cheese, Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: Colby Jack Cheese, Bacon, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Pork Chops (Center Loin, Bone-In, Cooked, Braised), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other: Publix Red Seedless Grapes, Trader Joe's Plantain Strips, Kirkland Signature Extra Fancy Mixed Nuts. more...
