Aware of how many calories certain things have...like butter; Didn't realize how hard it was to keep the daily fat% down, if I was to guess, I would have guessed I was eating half as much fat as I actually was, even after making what I thought were healthier choices...Well, I got in some good exercise today...I think I'll have a Traditional Ale, But only 1 this time, man do you have to work hard to bike those off...
