Glad these past two weekends are behind me. The weekend before Thanksgiving with my family and this weekend with the in-laws. Plus office Thanksgiving on Tuesday. This weeks eating has been way off as you can see with the 2 pound weight gain result.

I did fast walk on treadmill at my mother in-laws a mile 1/2 Saturday and Sunday and also did ab workouts. I think I could have shown a loss if only I had eaten better. The house was not stocked for company so I had the munchies. We had donuts and sausage kolaches for breakfast, no lunch and then mexican food for dinner. I munched through the day since no lunch was really eaten. Then Sunday morning after going to Walmart Supercenter I did better with a bowl of cereal and apple. For lunch we had dinner roll ham sandwiches. Then last night I just had another bowl of cereal.

I was up early this morning doing my Jillian workout. Figured if I can get up at 3:30 to hit Black Friday sales, I really have no excuse for not getting up at 4:30 anymore and doing my Jillian workouts. Here is to my Countdown to Christmas workout of 5 days/week 30 Day Shred in the morning. Then in the evening Treadmill and Eliptical workouts. My goal is to be back to my June weight by Christmas!!

167.0 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's a great way of looking at it. I, too, got up at 3:30 for Black Friday sales. We should have no excuse!!!
