Back at it. I've let myself slide, especially tracking and watching my portions. Tracking keeps me honest, let's me know where I'm at. I have to do it. I'm doing this with a friend and I feel the need to be a good example for her. I'm doing this for me but it will help to have someone rely on me. My reward will be a great pair of jeans.
