Lately It's been too hot to really workout. I've been walking on the treadmill at they gym or at night when the weather cools down but it's not the same. Worst of all the weight is starting to creep.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Most importantly it is good you are aware of your gain but please don't stress too much, the weather will change and you can get back to your routine. In the meantime can you add small bursts of exercise throughout your day or try a new indoor class? Maybe your body needs a change of exercise to use different muscles. This is frustrating for you but you've done amazing so far and you'll get through this obstacle too!
