Long walks everyday for the last month. I am now properly fit but fat. I can walk 16 km (10 miles) without any problems and but even feel sore at the end. today and yesterday I took a 5 kg bag of books and water with me to increase the effort.

Still to go: 52.9 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
