Since my mother's death in February 2015, I stopped exercising. I also stopped eating well. In April, my primary care doctor noticed some heart irregularities and referred me to a cardiologist for further testing. During this time, I was instructed to stop all exercise activities. Fortunately, the test results were negative. Today, I plan to resume my exercise and dieting routine.
