Not one goddamn ounce lost despite busting my ass and eating almost nothing. I must be able to absorb calories right out of the fucking sky. I exceeded my walking and riding targets. the only thing I can think of is that I had to cram all my exercise into just a few days at the beginning of the week because we had bad weather later in the week. so even though I did the same amount of exercise, I did it over a few days instead of spreading it out through the week which I normally do. I'm wondering if the days that I didn't walk or ride my bike because of the weather caused this? it's so frustrating. well I've further refined my diet to get it down to under 1140 calories a day while getting enough protein and nutrients. Maybe that will help. If possible, I'll try to exceed my riding and walking targets again this week and hopefully be more consistent because the weather looks better this week.
273.6 lb Lost so far: 54.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Unless there is medical reason for issues losing weight, your very short, or a very sedentary senior that amount of calories is very low. It is possible that such a a low calorie intake is causing your problems. Try added a rest day and refeed day, keep trying. You can do it invest in yourself 😊

I am trying to mind my own business ... But ... Firstly - what people call a plateau is a "set point" - you have to have set points on a weight loss journey. Second what is Basal Metabolic Rate or BMR - to convince your body to use any stored energy then you must consume about 15% fewer calories than your present BMR. Thirdly & lastly ... If your calories in are too low then your body will act as if you are starving and slow down the metabolism, in order to avoid starvation. (I hope there is some good advice in there). Keep at it. You got this & yadda yadda ... Yadda!

Ditto what Jorgensen said. Your calorie intake is very low. I don’t consume a lot of calories either but I’m old and I do workout almost everyday but that’s the bulk of my activity. If you don’t get enough food your body will start to hang on to those calories. Also what you eat matters especially if you are trying to lose. What types of fitness are you doing most? I weightlift so protein is a must for me.

There is such a thing as too much exercise for the amount of food you eat. Your body 'anticipates' that you're going to need all the stored energy (fat) later because you re working so hard. Sort of another way of saying what others are sharing.

Ditto what Jergens said so well! The body, since the cavemen, has been able to conserve to survive the lean times. Feed your body healthy food to live a healthy and fulfilled life.

Bummer. I hate it when a plan falls apart. Does not change the fact what you did was ultimately good for you. Don't get mad, get rad. Refuse to give up ultimate victory. Push on. You can prevail. "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1)". Have faith my friend.

Thank you for all the comments. I'm afraid to add calories because I've run into this in the past. Every single time I do I end up gaining the weight back. And I'm not talking about adding calories by eating a lot of junk food. Just by adding calories eating for example extra nuts or using more olive oil or eating more fruit or eating more protein like chicken or cheese I will inevitably start putting the weight back on. As far as exercise I do a lot of cycling. It's actually the only exercise that I enjoy. I genuinely look forward to my daily bike rides. I also do two mile walks every morning first thing. I get up first thing in the morning and I roll out of bed and I make a cup of tea and I do 2 mi walk and I drink my tea on the walk. I know I've made progress because when I first started I could barely ride 5 miles and I was knocking out about 20 miles a week. Now I routinely do more than 50 miles a week and a short ride for me is at least 10 miles. I can climb Hills much faster and better than I did when I first started, and I don't feel wiped out even after longer rides like I used to when I was just doing the 5 Mile ride.2
