This was my original goal weight for myself 🌹🙂‍↕️⭐️
189.4 lb Lost so far: 273.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

S. Balls Original Chutney, McCain Bobotie. Snacks/Other: Simba Salted Peanuts, Woolworths Free from Gluten Rosemary Crackers, Apple, Fairview Chevin Goat’s Full Fat Soft Cheese. more...
