My weight was going up and down last month in the range of 2kg. I decided to mark it once a month just to see the overall result. I'm more interested in my average weekly consumption of calories because it's less stressful and more forgiving:) some days it's easy to implement restrictions but other days are for indulgence...

Yes that’s the way to go. It’s weekly or monthly average. One good or one bad diet won’t change anything. Just keep up the good work 🔥💪
