Another half pound in the right direction. Very slow and steady but I’m really happy with the results since Christmas. A pair of size 18 jeans have just gone into the charity bag and fingers crossed I’ll be back in my 16’s soon without feeling as though I’m being sliced across the middle. Ideally I want to fit comfortably into a standard 14 leaving a little wiggle room😊👍 I’m really trying to keep a calorie deficit of approximately 150 per day with lots of veggies packed into meals. It’s always going to be a work in progress but things do feel different this time around. I’m not saying I can do this anymore, I’m saying that I’m doing it.
