Had a dinner party yesturday and had 2 glasses of wine, which pushed my calories up there, but my net carbs stayed on plan! :)
162.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 August 2011:
940 kcal Fat: 43.18g | Prot: 75.84g | Carb: 28.89g.   Breakfast: splenda with fiber, hickory smoked bacon, coffee, egg (). Lunch: splenda, iced tea, Onions, tuna, romaine lettuce, lly delicious mayo. Dinner: whopper jr with cheese no ketchup no bun. Snacks/Other: Day Break Chocolate Oatmeal Fiber Bar, Ritz Snack Crackers. more...
