Dry January has been a challenge but I’m really pleased to have stuck to it. I haven’t gone bonkers with nighttime snacks either so hopefully this time I’m on the right track. I can’t say I feel any better generally but I’m sure all the benefits are being appreciated by my internal organs 😇😂😂
205.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
