Lately I am wanting to more protein.
And I feel more emotionally tired and in need of comfort food. So basically I need to understand the reason behind the slow moving weight loss this month is the lack of direction…
216.3 lb Lost so far: 246.7 lb.    Still to go: 42.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
