It's not what you eat between Christmas and New Year that counts…so if you fall off plan a little, don't beat yourself up over it.

It’s what you eat between New Year and Christmas that really matters!

I ate enough at Thanksgiving for Christmas, too. Whew... I think I'll pass this Christmas. I hope you have a great one!
