Did my Vitality Health check yesterday. Cholesterol/Glucose/ Blood Pressure
Everything is in good order.
1 Year officially in menopause - started at age 52 a month aver having had Covid
Zero medications
88cm acround the waist
233.5 lb Lost so far: 229.5 lb.    Still to go: 59.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
