Anyway!!!
I did nothing today and ate a little more than normal.
I was just feeling overly emotional and overwhelmed by life and it’s hard knocks
234.4 lb Lost so far: 228.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 October 2023:
1807 kcal Fat: 95.05g | Prot: 91.84g | Carb: 146.43g.   Breakfast: Honey , Fried Egg with Fat, Ciabatta. Lunch: Beef Steak (Lean and Fat Eaten), Woolworths Muesli, Lindt Dark Chocolate, Medjool Dates , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner: Enterprise Frankfurters, Cani Bran, Seed & Raisin Rusks, Mixed Nuts. more...
