I had my most difficult weekend yet, but it is Monday and God has blessed me with another day. I have a great family, great friends, and a job. I am truly thankful. This will be a better week.
I think this first year, I just need to be with someone during each holiday. The holidays seem to bring home what I am missing. It will get better, I know.
Over the course of 4 days, I ate an entire carton, 1.75 quarts, of Peanut Butter Cup, Fudge swirl ice cream.I just can't continue eating my way out of depression and grieving.
