🙄🙄🙄平盤,兩天只進沒出😑早上覺得餓決定先喝了水後不做運動直接喝半杯黑豆漿加青汁和小地瓜。今天本來想恢復平日早餐吃塗滿花生醬和芝麻醬的半個槓子頭再加起司片,但想到下午應該沒時間做運動還是改成吃一樣塗滿兩種醬的小饅頭好了!
