如果您的體重卡關怎麼都掉不了,可以嘗試下24小時或48小時長斷食,只不過千萬要評估過自己的身體狀況再去實施唷!

每個月都會出現體重莫名直線上升的時候,難道大姨媽已經不再來體重也會有週期漲嗎?🤔😱

應該不會長斷食,太累人了!🤔 除非出去玩個幾天吃多又排不了便回來後就可能一天吃個一餐讓腸胃休息一下。🤔😅
