I don't get it.

I run well below the calculated calories every day. I've cut starches and upped protein, at least a bit.

Maybe it's a muscle over fat thing. I hope it's that. But I'd be just as happy dropping mass in both and then just toning the muscle that remains.

I will keep at it. But this sucks.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Little fluctuations can easily happen and don't mean too much if you know you're being consistent. Do you weigh yourself at the same time of day? I've found I can shift a LOT from morning to night. I don't bother weighing myself anymore unless its first thing in the morning.

Always at 8 AM, yes. Always right after shower.
